Hey everyone! I went to my personal trainer today and I found some interesting things. It’s easy for me to control my muscles when I do it slow, this is why I recommend you to practice in slow motion. I also got some exercises where I practice to separate sholders and hips in order to create more distance!
I found these protein bars that you can make on your own, I lost 7 pounds since I moved to Sweden, could it be all the good food in the U.S?;) I posted a workout once that I did not try before posting and some of you were devistated since it was almost impossible to complete:) I made these bars last night and they were good!
1/3 cup honey
2 egg whites
1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
2/3 cup vanilla protein powder (I use whey)
1 1/2 cup uncooked oats
1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
Toast almonds on a cookie sheet for 8-10 minutes at 300 degrees.
Combine honey, egg whites, cinnamon and salt into a large bowl. Mix
well. Add oats, protein powder, and roasted almonds. Drop
teaspoonfuls of mixture onto a nonstick cookie sheet. Bake at 350
degrees for 12 minutes until lightly browned. Remove to wire rack to
